Common Variations
Muflis (Lowball)
The rankings are reversed, so the lowest hand wins. 2-3-5 of mixed suits is often the best hand.
Joker
A card is chosen as the joker (wild) and can stand in for any card.
AK47
Aces, kings, fours and sevens are all wild.
999
The hand whose total is closest to 999 wins. Face cards and tens count as zero.
